It’s the first Market of October, and we are loving the warm days and cool nights. Veggies and apples are plentiful right now, so take advantage of renewed SNAP and HIP to continue purchasing the best foods the Market has to offer. If you enjoy canning or freezing produce for winter use, now is the time to stock up!

Growing With Minerals is an all-volunteer urban farm in Westfield. Volunteers work to restore the soil biology and grow healthy and healing vegetables with all the flavor and nutrition God and nature intended. Offering fresh vegetables, plants, herbs and natural healing products.

Rachel’s Table is the premier food rescue and distribution program in Western Massachusetts, created by members of the Women’s Philanthropy Division of the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts to address food insecurity in the region. Bring your donations of unexpired non-perishable goods and/or fresh produce to the WFM Market Tent where it will be collected by Rachel’s Table volunteers after each market.

Guess the Copper Beech Tree's Age 50/50 Raffle
Buy a $5 ticket in ECOTA’s 50-50 raffle and put in your best guess of how old you think the Copper Beech tree was when it was cut down. The raffle has been extended until October 17, 2024 and tickets are available at the church and at ECOTA’s table at the market. The drawing will be held on October 20, 2024.
