Become A Vendor
Applications for the 2025 Season will be open on January 6, 2025.
All vendors must produce their products in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, or Hampshire counties in Massachusetts . WFM maintains a vendor mix of a minimum of 70% farm and food vendors and no more than 30% crafters and artisans.
Vendor Categories
Farmers: Farmers raise fruits and vegetables, herbs, seedlings, dairy, eggs, meat, honey and maple syrup.
Value-added food producers: Bread, baked goods, jams and jellies, canned salsa, sauces, soups, meat jerky, etc.
Ready to eat foods: Prepared foods that are ready to eat on the premises or to take home require evaluation and permits from the Health Department.
Crafter/Artisan: Crafts and works of art created by hand. Preference will be given to applicants who use locally produced materials and/or use repurposed/upcycled and sustainably obtained materials.
Nonprofit Organizations: WFM has a limited number of spaces available each week for nonprofit organizations that align with our mission.
